Refunds Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within seven (7) days of delivery.

If seven (7) days have gone by from when your order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns or exchanges for your order.

To be eligible for a return, make sure to send us an email at or send us a message through the contact form provided on our website (this is very important!) so we can provide you with the complete return address along with the return instructions.

For items or products found to be defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.



We require a full inspection of the item(s) once received at our return address to make sure that what we have received is as instructed and is in the same condition from when it was first received before we can issue a full refund.

Once the inspection has been completed, we will issue the refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after it has been processed or you can also follow up with us once you see that your return shipment has already been marked as "delivered" to our return address.

Kindly allow up to ten (10) business days for the refund to be posted on your account by your issuing bank or payment provider.
